Billygan's is the epicenter of fun on Medano Beach, the main party beach in Cabo. Their 12 hour-long happy hour begins at 7am, long-before you'll be awake, and continues until 7pm, when you'll likely be napping or nursing your sunburn (or someone else's). Since happy hour drinks are 2x1, expert beach-goers know to arrive before noon to claim their cluster of lounge chairs for the day.
