Casa Theodore is a spectacular 9 bedroom / 9.5 bath Villa located in The Pedregal, a private gated community just outside of Cabo San Lucas. A mere five minute taxi ride can whisk you away from the hustle and bustle of town and deliver you to this private villa, boasting completed renovations and additions of $100,000 in 2009. The only thing topping the gorgeous white water views, which can be seen from 8 out of the 9 bedrooms, are the stunning sunsets that will take your breath away.

Walk down the curvy staircase and you're immediately surrounded by a lush jungle of local floral and fauna, complete with the sound of a rock waterfall. Enter the hand-carved wooden doors and you've stepped into a beautifully furnished modern villa, complete with leather furniture and original paintings. Outside, the white water views are only enhanced by the beautiful sunsets. Inside, authentic Mexican flavor is provided by local artisans whose work can be seen in custom tile work and kitchen ceramics.
This 9 bedroom / 9.5 bathroom private villa was completed in 1996 with a $100,000 renovation done in 2009 and at 12,500 sq feet, is one of the largest private villas in the Pedregal. The main house can be rented in conjunction with the guest house and/or apartment and the locking central stairway allows complete access while still maintaining privacy. Perfect for a large group or a multi-generational family, Casa Theodore is sure to be the villa to serve your every need.
