We have created several volunteer options to help you give back to the community of Los Cabos. Choose one of our Volunteer Travel Packages which gives you the opportunity to personally help out those in need, or simply purchase a Donation Package and donate to the cause of your choice.

DONATION PACKAGES

GIVE BACK - FEED A FAMILY

Make a donation toward groceries to help feed Cabo's local families. 100% of your donation will be used to shop for groceries, including flour, masa, rice, beans, tomatoes, chillies, fruits, vegetables, cooking oil, butter, milk, drinking water and other grocery items essential to feeding Cabo's local families in need. Within 7 days of your donation you will receive a photo of the groceries purchased with your donation being delivered to a local family who will be holding a sign personally thanking you for the donation. Make a donation toward school supplies that will be donated directly to a local school in need. 100% of your donation will be used to shop for school supplies, including pens, pencils, crayons, markers, paper, glue, scissors, PE equipment and anything else that may be essential to Cabo's local students. Within 7 days of your donation you will receive a photo of the supplies purchased with your donation being delivered to a local school who will be holding a sign personally thanking you for the donation. Make a donation toward family supplies that will be donated directly to a local family in need. 100% of your donation will be used to shop for family supplies, including, infant formula, diapers, feminine hygiene products, first aid supplies (bandages, anti-bacterial ointment, etc…), insect repellant, toiletries and other items that are essential to local families in need. Within 7 days of your donation you will receive a photo of the supplies purchased with your donation being delivered to a local family who will be holding a sign personally thanking you for the donation. VOLUNTEER TRAVEL PACKAGES

UNSTOPPABLE "FAMILY" TRAVEL PACKAGE

This travel package is a great way for you to personally touch the lives of a local family, or multiple families and help them directly in their recovery efforts. Our uniformed driver will arrive the morning after your arrival along with private security to escort you and your group to one of the many colonias outside of the popular tourist zone to personally meet with a family or families who need your help to rebuild their lives after Hurricane Odile.

You will have the opportunity to speak with the children, parents, and grandparents who are literally picking up the pieces and trying to move forward after this tragedy. After you get an idea of what these families are going through, and what may be of immediate help, your driver and security will escort you to Walmart, Costco or Home Depot where you can go on a personal shopping expedition for your "adopted" family. Each family will have additional needs so you can choose which store and what items would best fit the needs of your "adopted" family. After shopping your will return to your family to personally deliver the relief aid and say your goodbyes.

Also don't forget about the LIGHTER SUITCASE, FULLER HEART initiative. Bring an extra suitcase with you, full of emergency supplies (see below for details and list of needs) to leave with our staff for relief efforts as well.

Our uniformed driver will arrive the morning after your arrival along with private security to escort you and your group to one of the many volunteer options that are available on an ongoing basis. Whether it is volunteering with the local fire department to help out in the local colonias, a food bank to help feed local families, or a church group to help clean up local neighborhoods, you will finish the day knowing that you have personally made a difference in the local community.

Volunteer opportunities are continuously evolving and we will match you and your group up with the best possible match prior to your arrival in Cabo.

  • Bring an extra suitcase full of emergency supplies during your next visit to Cabo
  • You are entitled to bring up to $300 USD worth of goods in addition to your personal luggage
  • You can leave these emergency supplies with our staff to be distributed to those in need, OR
  • You can also choose to personally distribute these supplies to your "adopted" family (details above)

* The "Lighter Suitcase, Fuller Heart" program is complimentary as we encourage that all of our travel guests take part in this program whether they are traveling with us or on your own. If traveling on your own, please discuss this as an option with your travel agent or contact us and we can direct you as to who to coordinate with.
