Large Antique Figural Scenic Petit Point Tapestry Pillow with a Drawing Room scene of an elegantly dressed woman wearing a pearl necklace and pearl tiara. She is sitting on a chair with two equally elegantly dressed gentlemen standing on either side of her. The details are quite wonderful. The shading of the color hues is beautifully worked. The scene is a rare indoor one. The backing is a vintage Scalamandre gold silk damask. The scalloped gold silk decoration is also vintage. The stuffing is new.
